What specific things are you interested in writing? Characters he has canon friendships with. People being forced to tolerate him, especially people who develop a soft spot for what an idiot he is. Patrolling the streets/fighting bad guys. Dudes being dudes. AUs that still involve Wade being Deadpool. Slice of life scenarios. Exploring how Wade deals with romantic feelings when it's inconvenient to have them. Sexy fighting with someone who wants to kill him but also maybe wants to bone. Smut's cool, not required. Down for dark stuff too, bring it on
There's also character specific things I'd like to play out--Getting to confront Captain America about the Stevil shit, finding out about the sacrifice Cable made for him, annoying Iron Man about letting him be a real Avenger, getting on Wolverine's nerves while Wolverine has to help save his ass. I'd kill for him to have a Yukio to be best friends with too
