Who the heck are they? An extremely intelligent and talented NYC magician who's been through a whole lot of weird stuff and even more trauma that set her on a path to becoming an actual goddess. (Goddess status and abilities vary by canon point.)

In search of these Marvel characters: Specifically: Marc Spector/Steven Grant, Bucky Barnes, Yelena Belova, Matt Murdock, Kate Bishop, Khonshu, Steve Rogers, Variant Loki. Generally: Magic users, gods, and street heroes! The magic system used in The Magicians works really well as a "cousin" to the magic seen in the MCU, particularly since both use choreography based on tutting, and being based in NYC, she's bound to run into one hero or another. Would also love anyone who agrees that most gods are assholes. (I'm also open to/interested in treating these as separate verses and having Julia travel to the MCU since other worlds are canon for her.)
Open to and/or searching for ships? Sailing ships is always my jam!
What specific things are you interested in writing? My favorite things to write include emotional moments, hurt/comfort, bonding over shared experiences/trauma, stolen moments of happiness, and normal daily life for people who aren't used to it and thus struggle with and find it extremely weird. I'd love to brainstorm ideas for any of the above!
What things are you not interested in? Villainous interactions.
Anything else? Julia's backstory and general canon have a very long list of potential triggers, so please check out the cw list. I'm always happy to avoid mention of certain things but because of these potential issues, I do not approach others directly for threads with Julia. So if you're interested in a thing, please say so!

Who the heck are they? He's a time-traveling alien who enjoys adventures, saving planets, taking on gods and sometimes just likes to enjoy a cup of time. The later canon points, that The Doctor snaps emotionally and decides to take on Death, itself. On his good days, tries to give his enemies an ultimatum.

Who the heck are they? Alexis is a spoiled celebutante who spent several years in the small town of Schitt's Creek when her family lost everything. She's had to learn to work and better herself which included getting her high school diploma and going to college. She always sees the potential in people and wants to help them. She means well even if she goes about it in a not so great way. She's now a proud boss babe as she finally has agency and confidence in her own self-worth as she runs her own PR firm: Alexis Rose Communications.

What specific things are you interested in writing? I love writing growth and character beats. I want to write Alexis growing even more as a person and how another character can help her learn more on that journey while she also returns the favor in her own way.
What things are you not interested in? With Alexis, I'm not super interested in writing anything super dark. She's a sitcom slice of life character, so I think Marvel characters and its world would be a lot of fun to throw at her. I'm definitely here for angst and drama, but not the super dark and gritty.

Who the heck are they? If a highly-trained individual can be given the authority to be judge, jury and executioner, Rico is kind of a demonstration of why that's a terrible idea. He's a sharply intelligent, superficially charming (sometimes) young man teetering on the edge of any impulse. He fucks with criminals, runs an extortion ring and plans heists for kicks. He is massively desensitized to violence, and has issues all the way up to there. But - he has a really nice smile! He's quite easy to AU into the MCU as a street level supervillain.

Open to and/or searching for ships? I'm definitely down to try shipping, ota 18+. By his nature though, it'd be at least a little bit fucky. He can play loving boyfriend for a while (or even genuinely be one, if you forget the whole does crimes in secret thing), but discrepancies will add up or he'll just stop caring about hiding it. He can get completely obsessed, then lose interest just as fast. Or just fully 'yeah you're making a bad decision but I'm hot, are you gonna do me or not'. You know the guy you make out with once and he's obnoxious about it forever? He's that guy. Or your terrible ex. Or the slightly edgy fling that turns out to be a terrible idea. There's plenty of options.
What specific things are you interested in writing? I'm here because I have a massive hankering for supervillain shenanigans. Playing around with secret identities, hatesex, corruption, power dynamics, you're my NEMESIS, forced to work together due to circumstances etc. Anything ranging from only slightly fucked up to all the way fucked up. Although it doesn't have to be entirely dark and drama! Sometimes you just meet a villain out of costume who's been at the club for 32 straight hours and refuses to leave because he's not done on the dance floor, and has opinions on luxury fashion. Or he's bleeding out on the street and just. broke into your place to take a nap.
What things are you not interested in? Slice of life, pure fluff.

What you enjoy most about crosscanon RP: The ability to toss characters into different experiences and interactions than they'd ever get in canon. That's just what I like about DWRP period, though.
Spoiler Alert: I'm mostly up to date on Marvel Cinematic stuff; I haven't seen What If, Ms. Marvel, or Love & Thunder, and I'm *still* not caught up on the last few seasons of Agents of SHIELD, or like any of Agent Carter, but I don't care about spoilers and in fact already know many of the spoilers.

Permissions/Preferences: I don't have shit in this new journal for her yet (working on moving stuff over from my old one for her is on my to do list), but my non-character-specific preferences aren't that different from what they'd be on my permissions list for Wanda as linked above.
Who the heck are they? Highly educated woman with longevity who runs a worldwide network of sanctuaries for abnormals (basically what Marvel calls mutants), and has been though her own share of comic book level shit on top of that, liiiiiike time travel, other versions of oneself, etc. She had a daughter (Ashley) with Jack the Ripper, also, but Ashley is now deceased.

In search of these Marvel characters: In general - Any and all mutants from the comics or XMCU (my kingdom especially for XMCU Jean or any version of Laura or Logan), inhumans/Asgardians/etc from the MCU. Specifically, and additionally - Natasha, Tony, Yelena, Kate, Layla, Steven/Marc, Bucky, Zemo, Sam (Wilson), Steve (Rogers), Shuri, Matt (Murdock). Definitely a non exhaustive list here, though.

What specific things are you interested in writing? Science-y nerd things, found family stuff, unlikely alliances or friendships, bonding over similar backgrounds, the sky is the limit.
What things are you not interested in? I don't care for RP interactions with Deadpool/Gwenpool types, or Frank Castle.

What you enjoy most about crosscanon RP: I love the unexpected plotlines and relationships that can show up when characters are thrown fully out of their element. Crosscanon of all kinds is just this giant well of untapped potential for me that gets some of the best storylines!
Spoiler Alert: I have not yet seen Multiverse of Madness or Love and Thunder but I don't mind spoilers! I'm also only hit or miss on being up do date on comics canon as well but the same applies.

Universe: OC / Cobalt City Heroes (long story, wren is an OC who is dubiously semi-canon)

Character's age: 17-18 / 41
Permissions/Preferences: I am generally considered unsquickable - Wren's backstory includes murder, death or a parent, and parental incarceration at their teenage self and full on demonic possession and a lot more murder for their adult self. Technically they were a teenager in the late 80s/early 90's and their 41 year old self is the current modern version but if that's more of an interest I can bump them up to being born later.
Who the heck are they? In short - teenager taking up the mantle of their antihero parent to try to redeem their legacy, quits that mask shit in college and decides to help people by becoming a therapist after a series of upsetting events instead. Bit more info in journal.

In search of these Marvel characters: an unhelpful anyone. I'm admittedly MOST familiar with the MCU versions of them but I'm also still interested in comics canon even if I'm less familiar with it. That said Wren has a solid divide between their costumed self and their secret identity so heroes that don't have that divide could be more complicated to interact with (for better or for worse!) I'm also down with AUs too if you'd like to play that. Comics canon has 'random visitors from alternative universes' all the time so that's easy to throw them together, but I can also merge Wren's storyline with Marvel if that makes it easier. It isn't like plenty of the marvel characters don't need a therapist who isn't garbage, too.
Open to and/or searching for ships? I do love shippy stuff (and Wren is bi with the types "Troubled femmes and angry mascs" so that's basically all the masks innit...) but I would be equally happy just for some gen stuff. Wren needs friends. Or antagonists. Or patients.
What specific things are you interested in writing? I love really complicated emotional stuff, and given how much Wren does strictly separate the masked life vs secret identity some revolving doors type back and forth about that with someone else would be funny. (ex the "it's a love square but actually it's just two people both with secret identities who don't know each other's secret identity")
What things are you not interested in? All fluff all the time is a little boring, though I do enjoy it as a breather between more intense stuff and don't mind it as a gentler setup to see if characters vibe together.
Anything else? I'm fine with DC too, just, this is a marvel meme.
