I've honestly always thought about Frank and Billy in terms of pre-Maria (or during, for the angst of it) but I like and agree with the theory in your journal about Billy's involvement in the park hit - so I'm willing to explore options if you think they've got gas. Frank's up on the Intimacy Meme from the other day if that sparks anything for you.
