Iiiii need to catch up on the flux... I'm mostly waiting for it to all air and then binge with the family. But to be fair not ONLY is there already a Time Agency that exists, there are like...multiple dumbass time agencies of a sort. (Does Torchwood count? Do we count Torchwood for literally anything?)

Well, if you watched all of Torchwood, though season 4, it disbanded in the end. So, Jack is free lancing again.

RTD is coming back for Season 14 and onwards for Doctor Who so maybe Torchwood will be revived
