Listen. Comics. [aliensguy.jpg] Using weird multiversal bullshit as an excuse for him to not know what the fuck Loki is talking about at any given point is very useful. (Because what the fuck sometimes.)

I am always down to clown with wacky AU shenaniganry with nastyboi (gotta love a nasty lad piece of shit) or reincarnation and, listen, just because they're Lokis All The Way Down doesn't mean one of them in the great wide variant possibilities hasn't just straight up reincarnated before. It's just That Shit Ain't Canon therefore ya gotta prune it. Can't have that running around the MCU!

\o/ I know nothing about the rat king let me play with nasty boy tell me how alarming and awful he is!!

HELLOOOOOO

He's basically a Loki from a timeline where he succeeds which is OOF. He becomes good, replaces all his evil deeds with good ones, saves the world countless times, and even tells Thor the truth about killing Kid Loki. But the way others treat him doesn't change. They still laugh and call him the Prince of Lies. When he tells Thor the truth, Thor says he can't even judge him because of course this is what Loki would do.

That drives him to his breaking point so he just gives up and is fully evil again. He rules Midgard as its king, which by this point is a complete wasteland of skeleton soldiers that he commands. Loki gets the great idea of if he were to realize his purpose sooner, he could easily destroy Thor and Asgard and rule over EVERYTHING.

So he travels back in time to make his past self evil quicker and use his knowledge of the future to make things even worse for Thor and everyone. (In Loki fashion, this backfires and Asgard becomes stronger and Loki doesn't become evil)

BUT BEFORE FAILING he is one of the strongest, evilest, and silliest Lokis with so many time crimes. He messed with Odin's mythos! Power dampeners and prison cells don't work on him/can't contain him because he can break the fourth wall! Also he's very sad and probably unconsciously planned this whole thing to prevent his timeline from existing!
