Who the heck are they? Mutant (both formerly depowered and recently repowered) psychomimetic genius. This means that he passively copies the knowledge and skills of people around him. He originally didn't retain stuff when away from people, but that was a personal subconscious defense. Now he just remembers everything including how all the x-men prefer to kiss, he doesn't appreciate this. It's an uncontrolled power, and when combined with the inherent fact that he's a genius, it can lead to some really substantial stuff. to keep him fair/balanced i tend to have him depowered or limited in all but PSLs.

He was one of the younger generation of mutants depowered on M-Day, and ended up staying with the X-Men as a teacher of his former classmates, an operations management specialist on Utopia (and head of the X-Men's Youth Division), then moonlighted for a time as hero tech support for a horrible company, worked with the Young Avengers, America Chavez when she was in college, and has recently become one of the members of the newest iteration of the mutant investigative team X-Factor.

Looking for games? Memes/psls? Museboxes? I'm full up on games, but happy to start PSLs or join people in memes. I don't tend to post TLs in Memes anymore, but rather talk to people directly about plans. And I'm always happy to handle starters if an idea is offered.
Searching for specific canonmates? His classmates, of course, any mutants from any of the canons with them. Young Avengers as well. Otherwise, he doesn't REALLY know the Avengers except that one time he competed against Ant Man to try and get a job as the head of security for SI so that's a harder fit but I'd be happy to anyway. He's just going to come in with an inherent bias against them.
Open to and/or searching for ships? Yep. David's canon Bi, I'm happy with any relationships you can find. He won't even care so much about age or species differences.
What specific things are you interested in writing? Found family always gets me with David. People that are willing to accept him when he finds himself 'broken' during the period of time he doesn't have powers. Mostly things that involve him finding his place in the world or helping others do the same. But I'll happily play everything given the right mood.
What things are you not interested in? Nothing comes to mind immediately, but if something didn't work for me, I'd let a person know.
