option 1;

Ten tries to befriend her and be something of a moral compass for her. Pre- Stolen Earth canon point

option 2;

Ten runs into Sylvie (canon point for The Doctor is after Journey's End) and joins in her region of destruction since The Doctor decides himself to try and break a fixed point in time.

Thanos; just to challenge The Doctor's morals verbally

Tony Stark or Bruce Banner; talk about the multiverse, since this already exists in Who-canon, the multiverse

Mobius; Run into Time Lord Vicious, whom is doing some illegal time stuff or an PSL AU where Ten isn't going to regenerate into Eleven or just general time shenanigans

Jean-Gray; The Doctor is telepathic, let's be friends :3 also anyone else that has this ability.
